Therefore in 2023 MYOM will offer a range of creative services in order to support the programme financially and ensure the positive impact the project is having can continue.

Each year will see MYOM take on 10 new learners in residence, this pop-up learning shop is a hive of knowledge, research, experimentation, and skill.

To support the prorgramme we are looking to collaborate with brands, companies, and institutions in a variety of different ways. Set us a brief, on a challenge or idea that needs alternative thinking, sponsor a learner in residence to work within your organisation on a specific problem, or invite a group of us down to act as a pop-up think tank.

Alongside the collective services, we also offer one-to-one consultation, ranging from specific creative skill sets, innovation, and design thinking, to our specialism of how to build your own alternative talent pipeline.

MYOM IS A BUBBLING THINK TANK OF CREATIVITY, COLLABORATION, AND DIVERSITY.

SPONSOR A LEARNER

Sponsor one learner on the programme, you will be matched with a learner most similar to your practice, or alternatively most likely to challenge and bring a new perspective to your practice.

The learner will build a long term working relationship with your company sharing regular updates, present work, thinking and ideas, and credit your support in their learning.

LEARNING CONSULTATION

MYOM is the first of it’s kind independent creative learning system. Learning in a bespoke and inclusive way, MYOM is a methodology in which any learner can build their own bespoke path. Not only this but our approach to defining disciplines, forging opportunities and building independent and entrepreneurial skill sets are proving to be a breakthrough within the current learning climate.

Want to develop a new/bespoke talent pipeline or training programme to push creativity and build a diversity and inclusion programme that really builds up exciting new talent. MYOM principles and methodologies can help build a structure and strategy in order to do this, along side offering long term facilitation and content.

LEARNER IN RESIDENCE

The evolution of an artist in residence, support one of our learners by hosting a residency over three months of the programme, the learner will work on a brief set by you, or contribute to ongoing work but bring an innovative approach and freedom to this way of working. Collaborating and presenting all experimental work to internal teams. This is not an internship, the learner is an independent creative placed within the space to provoke, interrogate and inspire.

SET A BRIEF

Have a project or idea that would needs a brand new approach. Set a brief on the programme for any number of learners and have it responded to by a group of creatives all working in different disciplines, from different backgrounds, view points and contexts. An experimental approach to really push the thinking of what and how a creative brief can be responded to.

THINK TANK

The MYOM think tank is a creative consultancy made up from any number of learners to spend a required amount of time responding to your set problem or challenge. The learners are at the forefront of experimental design, research and approaches along side being a diverse group of individuals that bring alternative perspectives and thinking.

Throughout the programme MYOM will be creating a substack, a space to share learning methodologies, research and analysis on the projects the creatives are working on, which will touch on a range of subject matters and perspectives. The substack will build a network of collaborators to greater grow this research and inspirational resource.
